Elements can be shaped from a variety of sources for an impressive canvas on stage or in the studio. This unique live performance was recorded in Austria on April 29, 1989. The "bootleg" sound quality can be rough in parts, but the richness of the music is still retained. The cover art is an excellent introduction to this wonderful tribute to Walt Disney. If a collector aims to having pristine audio, then this CD may be casually passed up. But this is an important puzzle piece to fully appreciate the creative genius of Sun Ra.
Customer Review: Second Star doesn't shine...
This cd was a major disappointment. It sounds like it was recorded in someone's basement and the singers' voices were not up to par.
