Customer Review: The men up there don't like a lot of blabber.
The Little Mermaid was the film that revitalized the animation division of Disney. The great songs in the movie by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken were at least partially responsible for the film's success. Wonderful songs like "Part of Your World", "Under the Sea" and "Kiss the Girl". But, unfortunately, there aren't enough songs to fill up an entire album, so the second half of the CD consists of the instrumental score. It's a good score, certainly, but it's not as enjoyable to listen to as the songs. But fans of the film should get this CD, anyway.
